Current state reports to verify agreed-upon properties

 

A current state report, particularly for verifying contractually agreed and guaranteed characteristics, serves as an objective, precise, and verifiable determination and documentation of the current state of machinery and technical equipment. It provides a legally sound basis for disputes, warranty claims, acceptance problems, or contractual disagreements.

 

The current condition of the machine or system is professionally assessed, comprehensively documented, and systematically compared with the contractually agreed target condition and relevant normative requirements. Deviations, defects, and incompleteness are presented and evaluated in a technically comprehensible manner.

 

Testing of performance, quality and degree of completion

 

As part of a current state assessment, we check, among other things:

 

• the performance of the machine or system with regard to the contractually agreed performance data,

• the product and workmanship quality, including technical details and functional design,

• the degree of completion of the machine or plant.

 

The degree of completion is objectively assessed and transparently documented. Upon request, we will support the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures to achieve a complete and contractually compliant completion rate of 100%.

 

Independent support for machine and plant acceptance testing

 

We also offer independent support, analysis, and documentation of machine and plant acceptance tests. Technical conditions, deviations from agreed-upon specifications, and performance characteristics are recorded neutrally, transparently, and in a legally sound manner. This creates clarity for all parties involved and significantly reduces the risk of future disputes.
